We took a wonderful cooking class from Lek at Charlie & Lek's restaurant here in Pai.
We made:
Pad See Ew
Tom Kha Kai
Phad Thai
Som Tam (Papaya Salad)
Hand ground Red Curry Paste
and Red Coconut Curry!
